Reviews and Ratings
After a long day of traveling, once we finally got our room, I found it a bit cramped with an extra bed in both the main and second bedroom, which wasn't very soundproof. However, the location allowed us to walk to many attractions easily, enjoying lovely views of sunlight through the window in the mornings.
The hotel offers spacious rooms with good amenities and a great view of Mt Wellington. However, some noise from adjoining rooms and facing a childcare centre can be disruptive at times. Despite these drawbacks, the location is excellent for exploring Hobart.
I absolutely loved my stay at the hotel. The rooms offered stunning views of Mount Wellington, although the noisy air con was a bit bothersome. The service was warm and welcoming, and the location right near Salamanca Markets was perfect. Dining had its ups and downs, but the make-your-own pancake machine was a fun touch.
I was pleasantly surprised by the spacious rooms facing the park and the inviting atmosphere at the Chandelier Bar. The service was top-notch; they even helped us move to a cooler room for the next night stay. The location, in the more interesting side of the city, was perfect for exploring the best dining spots but lacked easy access to Salamanca Place. While the dining options were tasty, the dining room could use a refresh. Overall, a great stay with a few minor drawbacks.
